The Health Services and Wellness Department of Billerica Public Schools coordinates Health, Wellness and Social Emotional Learning initiatives, instruction and services through the disciplines noted below below. This work is is carried out using the Coordinated School Health Model which stresses the importance of alignment and coordination between disciplines keeping students central to the work. We strive do what is best for kids and recognizing that overall health and wellness play a key role in academic success and in turn academic achievement plays a key role in determining one's health status for the duration of life span.
